Avery & Me offers free returns and a full item refund to your original form of payment for all eligible items shipped within 14 days of receipt. Items can be returned to 2026 Big Creek Way, Missouri City TX, 77459. To start a return, please email us at help@averyandme.com with your order number and return request.
- Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return. Custom and Personalized items have "Custom" or "Personalized" on the website product listing title.
- Returned items must be shipped back (eg, picked up or processed by the shipping carrier) within 14 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be in their original conditions - unworn and undamaged, with the tag still attached, and in its original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment.
- To arrange a collection with UPS, contact your local service center at 800-823-7459 or drop off at your local UPS Store.
